Surf Direct Mail – New Look Vouchers Prize Draw – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) only aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the details on the money-off coupon, including their email address and date of birth. Entrants must purchase either the Surf Small and Mighty Carnival Burst and Tangerine, or Surf Small & Mighty Tempting Nature and Rain Flower product at participating retailers only, using the coupon. The retailer will send the coupons back to the Promoter’s coupon handlers (Valassis) to enter them into the prize draw.
3. No photocopies will be accepted. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
4. Closing date for submitting vouchers to retailers is 31.05.09
5. Retailers will have 6 months from the consumers closing date to submit the vouchers to the Promoter’s coupon handlers (Valassis) for the draw.
6. The Promotion is limited to one entry per person.  
7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or by the retailer.  Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
8. The prize consists of five (5) x £200 New Look vouchers (one (1) voucher per winner). Prizes are non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. The first five (5) valid entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win. The prize draw will take place 01.12.09. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.  
10. Winners will be notified by email 28 days after the draw. Winners have thirty (30) days to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected at random from all remaining valid entries.
11. Winners will receive their voucher by recorded post within one (1) week of claiming their prize.
12. Details of the winners (name and county) are available on request to those writing to: Surf DM Winners, The Blue Building, 40 Vanston Place, London, SW6 1AX within ten weeks after the draw enclosing a SAE.
13. The Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
14. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
